What To Expect
Dedicated Studio Space
The farmhouse studio is equipped with all your quilting needs, including ions, mats, counter-height cutting spaces, a quilt design wall, a small library for referencing, and storage areas at each station.
The studio is comfortable for up to 4 crafters.
Bring Your Own Materials & Tools
The studio is stocked with essentials and small notions: rotary cutters, rulers, mats, irons, and more.
Please bring all your own personal crafting supplies such as sewing machine, quilting tools, or knitting supplies.
Community Environment
Share the studio with other like-minded crafters in your group. Everyone has space to work independently while still enjoying the company and support of friends. Although our origin is with quilters, we invite all kinds of crafters to plan your retreat!
Tranquil Ranch Surroundings
Enjoy peaceful ranch views while creating in the studio or relaxing on the large farmhouse porch with your favorite handwork, surrounded by birds, cows, and quiet country charm. Enjoy views of the 4-acre pond or quiet wooded walking trail along the creek.

Day-Retreats are available for up to 4 guests. Perfect for small groups to spend the day creating.
Spring/Summer hours 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Fall/Winter hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Limited to 4 guests
Pricing: $45 per person, per day
Loft Accommodation:
The Cottage does have a small, cozy loft upstairs that can accommodate 2 guests. There is a 2-night minimum stay. Please inquire via email for more details and availability.

The Cottage is on a working cattle ranch, next to our home, in Gonzalez, TX. Located within 1.5hrs drive from Austin and San Antonio for an easy getaway.
Consider booking local accommodations (we are happy to recommend!)
During your retreat, visit one of the fabulous local quilt shops, or book a relaxing stop at the Ottine Mineral Springs in Gonzales!

A $60 deposit is required to reserve your spot.
